Morgan Woodman “Great Finish”

My name is Morgan and I am a doctoral student at Brown University studying Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Biochemistry. I grew up in the small town of Hopkinton and I am often reminded that I am the person I am today not just because I had great parents, but because of the community I was raised in. I love the small town I grew up in; where I went to school, played sports, cheered on Boston Marathon runners, and made lifelong friendships. I want future generations to experience the same sense of community that I did. With this, I am excited to share that I am running the Boston Marathon for The Friends of Hopkinton in 2023. From planning town anniversary celebrations to hosting the annual town Family Day and Family Night, the Friends of Hopkinton are committed to providing activities that encourage town spirit, enthusiasm, and pride. Their community-wide events, especially their famous Family Day, really showcase the homey feeling of Hopkinton. By offering an array of free activities for everyone to enjoy including live entertainment, fun, games, food, and fireworks, the Friends of Hopkinton continuously brings the town together throughout the year.

If you are able, please consider donating to my fundraising project.

Every contribution has a direct impact on strengthening and uniting families and the benevolent community. All donations, no matter the amount, are immensely appreciated.
