WELCOME !

The Friends of Hopkinton is an all volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to fostering community spirit, pride, and enthusiasm through town-wide events like Family Day.

Our board meets on the 2nd Monday of every month (unless it’s a holiday). We welcome new members!

Family Day 2026

Family Day is a fantastic community day full of live entertainment, fun games and activities as well as yummy food trucks, all topped off with a tremendous fireworks display. The day is sponsored by many generous local businesses. Town organizations, non-profits, clubs and businesses located in Hopkinton offer activities for everyone. All activities (except the food trucks) are free for the whole family.

Family Day 2026 is scheduled for September 19 with a rain date of September 26. Activities will run from 3pm to 7pm this year.

Here are some things you need to know.

Organizations must be located in Hopkinton and provide an activity
Businesses located in Hopkinton must be a sponsor in order to provide an activity
Must complete the sign up form Family Day 2026 Sign Up
Can promote themselves through signs, flyers, etc.
Cannot collect personal information from attendees
Cannot sell anything, do fundraising, or solicit donations
