Organization sign up

Family Day 2026 is scheduled for September 19 (rain date 9/26).

Activities will run from 3pm to 7pm this year.

Here are some things you need to know. 

• Organizations must be located in Hopkinton and provide an activity
• Businesses located in Hopkinton must be a sponsor in order to provide an activity
• Must complete the sign up form   Family Day 2026 sign up form
• Can promote themselves through signs, flyers, etc.
• Cannot collect personal information from attendees
• Cannot sell anything, do fundraising, or solicit donations
